Membership Benefits
The following are some of the benefits of membership in the Conklin Volunteer Fire Department:
- Use of buildings facilities (including fitness equipment, outdoor pavilion, indoor space for personal parties)
- Department social events (e.g. clambake, Christmas party, dinner/dance)
- Free annual physical
- Participation in the LOSAP insurance program
- $200 annually towards membership in a commercial fitness facility (attendance requirements apply)
- Satisfaction of serving and protecting the community you live in
- Camaraderie of the firefighting brotherhood
